Customer Service Operations (Airfreight) - Geylang

Salling Search is recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Operations (Airfreight) for a reputable and established shipping company in Singapore.

• Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and shipments, ensuring prompt issue resolution and satisfaction.
• Manage airfreight and oceanfreight logistics, including booking, tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and stakeholders for timely deliveries.
• Proactively address shipping issues, updating customers on delays or changes.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve customer needs effectively.
• Handle end-to-end shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Support operational improvements for better service delivery.
• Track customer feedback and service metrics to drive process enhancements.

• Degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong expertise in freight forwarding, including ocean and air documentation, regulations, and industry practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in freight forwarding software (especially Cargowise) and Microsoft Office Suite.
