Finance Manager - Bukit Batok

About the role

Asiatic Fire System Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our growing finance team. This is a full-time position based in the Joo Koon West Region. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial accounting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Working together with the Account Manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable on a regular basis
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insights
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial practices

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial accounting or assistant account management role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with colleagues
