Strategic Account Manager / Financing Services - Tampines

Our client is in Financial Services. They are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to assist their team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Account Manager is responsible for:

• Strategic Account Growth – Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and maximize revenue from key accounts.
• Business Expansion – Identify and seize new opportunities in Supply Chain Financing, Factoring, and cross-selling of financial products.
• Client Relationship Management – Conduct regular visits and reviews to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Innovative Partnerships – Initiate collaborations to drive revenue through innovative financial solutions.
• Primary Point of Contact – Act as the go-to expert for client inquiries, issue resolution, and overall customer success.
• Revenue & Performance Impact – Increase SCF and factoring revenue while driving referrals and partnerships for cross-selling.
• Customer-Centric Success – Maintain high engagement and achieve outstanding customer satisfaction scores.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Min 3 – 5 years’ relevant working experience
• Proven experience in Corporate or SME banking, or similar roles in financial services.
• Knowledge of supply chain finance and factoring is advantageous.
