The successful candidate will join HomeTeamNS’s Project Team to perform specific roles in addition and alteration works to existing properties. You will also provide technical knowledge and support to the operations team and business units on infrastructural development related matters.
Job Description:
- Procurement and project management of renovation/ reinstatement works within existing properties
- Tracking of works’ progress and budget
- Coordination with contractors and internal stakeholders
- Management of contracts including assessment of variations and payment recommendation
- Engagement of government agencies and relevant authorities where applicable
- Transition to site management role once greenfield construction commences
- Provide technical advice to operations team and business units on infrastructural development related matters.
- Candidate must possess at least a degree in construction-related discipline
- At least 5 Years of working experience as a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager in building development projects is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of contract management and tender process
- Well-versed in MS office
- Strong in written and oral communications and inter-personal skills
- Independent, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple major and minor development works
