Toa Payoh - Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our client, a leading enterprise automation platform that helps businesses integrate applications, automate workflows, and harness data efficiently

As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the strategy. Your goal is to build a unified platform that streamlines the full lifecycle of orchestration assets, ensuring high-quality automation at scale

• Develop and execute the product strategy for a unified platform supporting Design, Development, Versioning, CI/CD, and Testing.
• Prioritize and manage the product roadmap to enhance automation quality and governance.
• Leverage AI-powered insights for predictive analytics, semantic enrichment, and optimization recommendations.
• Ensure enterprise security, compliance, and scalability within Workato’s orchestration suite.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and GTM teams to drive seamless adoption and customer confidence.
• Act as a thought leader, promoting leadership in enterprise orchestration

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B, preferably in Integration Platforms.
• Expertise in Software Lifecycle Operations, including LCNC Development, CI/CD, Version Control, and Testing.
• Strong knowledge of modern software architecture (API Security, Observability, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Version Control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket), Workflow Automation tools (Zapier, Workato), and Automated Testing tools (Selenium, JMeter).
• Proven ability to integrate AI/ML-driven insights for automation and monitoring.
• Customer-centric approach with experience collaborating across engineering, UX, and GTM teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
