Are you an experienced professional in the logistics industry with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth? We are hiring a Key Account Manager & a Business Development Manager for a leading logistics company with respective work scope in managing existing account & develop new clientele base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions tailored to client needs
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and key clients, ensuring smooth communication and long-term partnerships
• Oversee business performance, identify service gaps, and work closely with operations to enhance service efficiency
• Handle contract renewals, rate negotiations, and service scope agreements with existing clients
• Support and lead project implementation, delivering value-added supply chain solutions
• Monitor service performance, drive process improvements, and escalate issues where necessary

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience related to contract logistics
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of securing and managing key accounts
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Excellent business acumen with analytical and project management skills
