Audit Semi Senior / Audit Associate - Geylang

Key Responsibilities:

• Know your client’s business and key risks
• Execute assigned engagement-related tasks under supervision
• Perform assurance engagement in compliance with professional standards (e.g. compliance assurance test on corporate entities)
• Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives, audit client's engagement history, and planned audit approach
• Identify and propose solutions to significant accounting and auditing issues
• Review information accompanying the assurance report in accordance with applicable framework
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A degree in Accountancy or Business (major in Accountancy) from recognized local/overseas university, or Accountancy Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA Australia). Candidates doing the last paper of their professional qualifications would be considered.
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience in the audit field, with established mid-sized firms
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Singapore Standard of Auditing
• Familiarity with usage of accounting software, ISCA Auditing Programme, and Singapore Corporate Income Tax will be highly advantageous.
• Familiar with CCH ProSystem fx software for AI Solution.
