Your Role: Wealth Solutions Sales Strategist – Retail Banking (Sales)

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage and Build Relationships: Establish strong connections with retail banking clients by providing personalized and exceptional service.
  • Assess Needs and Deliver Solutions: Proactively identify clients' financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that deliver true value.
  • Drive Sales Success: Contribute to achieving team sales goals, while mastering the art of solution-based selling and enhancing your sales expertise.
  • Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to create seamless, customer-focused experiences that exceed expectations.

Requirements:

  • A Local Diploma in Finance, Business, or any related field (Mid-Career Switch and Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!).
  • A natural passion for sales and a desire to build meaningful client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse individuals.
  • A proactive, customer-first attitude with a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing financial landscape.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with a readiness to learn banking software and CRM tools.
  • A love for engaging with people—ideal for those who enjoy being in the field and interacting face-to-face with clients!
