We are looking for a Senior Nurse Educator to join our team and lead the educational activities for our current nurses and academic nursing program for our current and future nursing students. Responsibilities include teaching nursing students/ nurses, reviewing educational material, and documenting the progress of students/ nurses throughout the year.
Responsibilities- Provide educational leadership to patients and care providers to enhance specialized patient care within established healthcare settings
- Conducts nursing staff orientation, training and continuing education programmes to maintain level of competency
- Develop patient care plans
- Educate technical and patient care staff in the use of equipment, supplies, and instruments
- Initiate skill development programs
- Provide direct and specialized nursing services
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Diploma/ Degree in Nursing
- Advanced Diploma/ Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Instructor, Nurse Education or relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of post-registration clinical experience, of which a minimum of five (5) years experience in clinical teaching/professional development and continuing education at an acute hospital setting
