Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers for components, products, and services in line with company requirements and the timely delivery of goods.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
• Ensure smooth logistics and transportation, working with external partners to manage the distribution and delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, especially in medical and consumer product categories.
• Identify potential supply chain risks and work on mitigation strategies.
• Implement best practices in supply chain management, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
• Track key supply chain metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier details in the Auto-count and BLM system.
• Handle QMS system, not limited to SCM department.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, finance, and production, to ensure alignment between supply chain activities and overall business objectives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in supply chain/logistic preferred with 3 years of working experience in procurement, sourcing, logistics and supplier management.
• Previous experiences of working in a purchasing team; preferably within a medical or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of purchasing, price negotiation, commercial understanding, and cost breakdown.
• Experience of working closely with suppliers/freight forwarders.
• Able to add value, reduce costs and input to business improvements.
