Shift 1 Mon-Wed & Sat-Sun : 5am -1pm

Thu- Fri Dayoff

Wed-Sun : 12pm-8pm

We’re hiring for a global FinTech leader, expanding their technical support team across region.

This is not your average support role — you’ll act as a product expert, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Development, QA, and Product. You’ll handle advanced customer queries, contribute to process improvements, and ensure a seamless experience for enterprise clients.

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Serve as a key technical contact for global customers via email, calls, and video conferencing
• Investigate and resolve incidents within SLA timelines
• Monitor report processing in secure environments using tools like Splunk
• Log, track, and analyze defects in collaboration with development teams
• Escalate complex issues using established internal workflows
• Deliver internal and external knowledge-sharing sessions
• Create and maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles
• Participate in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
• What You’ll Bring
• 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar role
• Strong English communication skills – both verbal and written
• Sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Familiarity with Splunk, Excel, SFTP, and databases
• Experience with Java or other programming languages and working with APIs/web services
• Background in cloud computing, distributed systems, or FinTech is a strong plus
• Customer-first attitude and an ability to handle high-pressure environments with professionalism
