Sales Support Executive - Toa Payoh

SM Metal Solutions, provides a one-stop solution for metal casting and forging parts. supporting local and international customers with quality products.

We are seeking immediate position for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Executive to support our sales operations. The successful incumbent will be accountable for managing all sales activities such as processing of orders, procurement of relevant products & services and coordinating with internal teams on order fulfilments.

Job Description:

• Manage sales activities, including processing sales & purchase orders, packing list, invoices and coordinating order fulfilment.
• Coordinate on shipments and local deliveries.
• Generate monthly sales report.
• Manage inventory system.
• Perform customer care tasks, including phone handling and other admin duties.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or Equivalent Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support role.
• Experience in using inventory systems.
• Experience in shipping coordination with freight forwarders
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
