Position: IT Executive
- Location: Pandan Road
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Industry: Transportation/Logistics
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the infrastructure in the organization
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop hardware and software
- Manage external vendors in providing technical support to other departments and ensure the timely resolution of issues
- Setup and manage firewall
- Manage Servers, Microsoft Office 365, Onedrive, Sharepoint for the Company
Requirements:
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
- Minimum Diploma holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing IT systems
- Prior experience with Microsoft Technologies such as Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
