Jurong West - Drafter cum Document Controller

Summary:

The Drafter cum Document Controller will be part of the Maintenance & Repair (M&R) team and ensures that all Plant P&ID, CAD drawings are updated, and acts as a custodian for Document control for M&R department to safekeep of the drawings.

Your Tasks:

1. Administer HSSE Standards, Procedures and Practices

• Ensure compliance with all HSSE rules and regulations

1. Manage Asset Integrity

• Act as the custodian of the Drawing and Engineering data and document Management Database and ensure as-built engineering documents are kept up-to-date
• Keep up to date drawing and data inventory summary update
• Assurance of correctness and updating of drawings to site actuals by conducting on-site verification
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings for construction and tender for non EPC based projects
• Assist Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and HSSE in amending or drafting engineering drawings when needed

Job Profile:

• Diploma in Engineering or Petroleum/Chemical Process
• Certification in Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant (SWSHPP)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Oil and Petrochemical industry, preferably in engineering drawings
• Possess knowledge related to Engineering CAD software such as AutoCAD
• Strong work ethic, and the ability to handle pressure
• Meticulous and high attention to detail
• Good project management, critical thinking and innovation skills

• This position is based in Jurong Island
• Official Working hours: Mon - Fri, 0830 - 1700 hours
