Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to support the HR department in day-to-day operations, covering key areas such as Employee Records, Compliance, Recruitment Support, and Employee Engagement. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, this role will provide essential operational support across HR functions, ensuring efficient workflows and a positive employee experience.

This position is suited for an HR professional with at least 3 years of generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced or customer-focused industry. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in maintaining HR standards, supporting team activities, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Operations and Administration
  • Oversee and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support payroll processing by managing leave data and preparing payroll inputs, ensuring timely and accurate payroll cycles.
  • Administer HR systems, manage HR documentation, and coordinate corporate procurement related to HR needs.
  1. Compliance and Policy Implementation
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with best practices.
  • Administer government training grants, claims, and statutory reporting requirements, ensuring all submissions are timely and complete.
  • Support work pass applications, renewals, and other MOM compliance activities, ensuring full adherence to Singapore labor laws.
  1. Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.
  • Partner with the HR Manager to improve recruitment workflows and enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Manage new hire documentation, orientation programs, and initial training to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  1. Employee Engagement and Welfare
  • Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Oversee employee benefits, including corporate and staff insurance plans, reviewing and ensuring competitive and cost-effective coverage.
  • Conduct periodic surveys and gather feedback to support continuous improvement in employee satisfaction and engagement.
  1. HR Data and Reporting
  • Maintain HR analytics and generate regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and training hours.
  • Support budgeting and management reporting by compiling data and insights for the HR Manager and senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR Generalist role, with experience in recruitment, compliance, and HR operations.
  • Skills and Knowledge:
  • Good understanding of Singapore MOM regulations, CPF, and other key employment guidelines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite; experience with data reporting tools is a plus.
