Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Contract Manager to support the engagement survey process. The role will involve data management, analytical support, administrative and logistical coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of all survey-related tasks.The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Survey Data Management: Prepare employee listings related to surveys and assist with data mining, cleansing, and extraction processes.
- Data Accuracy & Troubleshooting: Provide analytical support by verifying the accuracy of survey data and addressing any issues or concerns raised by other departments during and after the survey period.
- Administrative & Logistical Support:Coordinate primary staffing tasks and manage logistical arrangements, including booking meeting venues and preparing meeting materials and equipment.
Draft and disseminate communication materials (emails, broadcast messages) to engage stakeholders effectively.
Prepare presentation slides and other supporting documents for meetings.Proficiency in data analytics and related tools.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is preferred.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team setting.
- Survey Knowledge Management: Identify gaps in the survey data, ensuring proper documentation and continuous enhancement of the survey’s Knowledge Management system.
- Additional Tasks: Assist with any other tasks assigned by management related to the survey process.
