You'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, regulators, and external partners, leveraging your expertise to drive business decisions that meet regulatory requirements.By taking a proactive and collaborative approach, you'll help maintain the bank's reputation as a trusted and compliant financial institution.
What you do- Provide regulatory compliance advice to the Bank’s consumer financial business.
- Keep abreast of new and changes to regulations.
- Drive the implementation of new regulatory requirements.
- Act as the liaison with regulators for regulatory compliance matters
- Review regulatory compliance policies and procedures of relating to the Bank’s consumer financial business.
- Identify, assess and document compliance risks associated with business activities, including development of new products and business practices.
- Provide regulatory compliance training.
- Manage all other projects assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications
Who you are- Possess a university degree.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance in a bank or external audit focusing on audit of financial institutions.
- Candidates who are familiar with or have experience in a similar role dealing with MAS regulations such as the Banking Act, Financial Advisers Act, Securities and Futures Act and Payment Services Act will be favorably considered
- Familiar with financial products and services.
- Proven leadership, organization and facilitation skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, independent and resourceful.
- Embodies teamwork.
- Ability to adapt to changes.
- Ability to work under time constraint and pressure.
