Hiring: 6-Months Contract Growth Manager (Marketing) | Direct Business Team

Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Salary: $4,000 - $6,200

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Drive online revenue for digital insurance products

✅ Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancements & development

✅ Manage external agencies for campaign ideation & execution

✅ Develop sponsorships & event partnerships

✅ Track & report performance of digital marketing campaigns (ROI & KPIs)

✅ Identify trends & optimize marketing spend/performance

✅ Brainstorm & implement growth strategies for digital conversions

✅ Plan & execute marketing experiments & conversion tests

✅ Optimize user funnels & track conversion points

✅ Collaborate with agencies & vendor partners

✅ Evaluate emerging technologies & propose adoption strategies

✅ Plan and execute ATL marketing campaigns (Print, OOH, TVC, Radio, etc.)

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience in the insurance industry
