We are looking for an IT Executive. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring maximum availability and continuity of Information Technology resources available in the Hotel and following up with vendors to resolve support related issues in accordance with the established procedures.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the 1st level support of Hardware and Software related calls to the operational users. Attend IT support calls from users and log each call individually with detail description.
- Responsible for the entry, tracking and management of all incoming support calls. Prioritize support calls and assign task accordingly to the appropriate resources.
- Follow up with product vendor/supplier to resolve problems in due time.
- Work with the users and support team enforcing Service Level Management (SLM) process to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and underpinning Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) or contracts are met and ensure that any adverse impact on service quality are kept to a minimum.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks. Develop and maintain technical and project documentation. Coordinate resources/personnel to various projects/tasks that are assigned to and record and report the activity to the management.
- Identify the nature of incidents and manage a close interface between the Incident Management process and the Problem Management and Change management processes as well as the function of Service Desk.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive recording of Incidents in order to identify efficiently the cause of the Incidents and trends. Evaluate Problem Management to identify these trends and instigate remedial action.
- Identify and determine Configuration items in a system, record and report the status of configuration items and request for change and verify the completeness and correctness of configuration items.
- Log and implement Changes done under the control of a comprehensive Configuration Management system.
- Analyse user requests/requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
- Process changes to the infrastructure or any aspect of services in a controlled manner, enabling approved changes with minimum disruption.
- Understand the Change management process of the configuration data to ensure the full impact of making Changes is known.
- Document the change process in SLAs to ensure that Users know the procedure for requesting Changes, the projected target times and impact of the implementation of Changes.
- Maintain a comprehensive Inventory of Hardware and Software Licenses and keep it up to date with the changes that take place as and when.
- Understand IT operational budget and maintain IT expenses in line with the budget.
- Maintain accurate tracking and recording of IT operational expenses.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management business applications, Microsoft Desktop and Network Operating Systems, Anti-virus and E-Mail/Internet systems.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- A team player with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
