Electrical Technician (Building Electrical System) - Toa Payoh

• Take the lead in fixing or replacing faulty or malfunctioning equipment components.
• Interpret and analyze technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems.
• Diagnose electrical problems using the appropriate testing tools.
• Ensure adherence to all electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Keep a record of all electrical work completed, including repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Evaluate process parameters, alarms, and documentation to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of plant equipment and auxiliary systems.
• Determine spare part needs, initiate purchases, document parts and materials used, and review tender bids.
• Stay informed about the latest industry standards and advancements in electrical technology.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
