Job Purpose

To facilitate policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ email queries on our product and services which will contribute to the overall positive customer experience with the company.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the enquiries and requests received through emails/mails/fax are responded within the expected turnaround time;
  • Manage and resolve policyholders’, distribution representatives’ and business partners’ issues related to insurance matters;
  • Assess and manage appeals, feedbacks and minor complaints from all channel of distribution
  • Provide excellent customer service experience; and
  • Manage ad-hoc assignments/tasks delegated by the Section Head, when required.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Requirements
  • ‘A’ Levels and preferably possessed professional certification in Insurance (i.e. M9, M5 and CHI);
  • 3 years’ experience in customer servicing role (Life Insurance) - Preferred & not a MUST have
