Customer Service Executive (5.5 days) / Air freight industry - Tampines

Our client is a logistics and supply chain company specializing in air freight services. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to assist their Logistics team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at East of Singapore– easily accessible. The Customer Service Executive is responsible for:

• Cargo Bookings & Coordination – Handle daily cargo bookings, secure airline capacity, and confirm with customers.
• Administrative Support – Manage booking entries, update systems accurately, and ensure data integrity.
• Shipment Monitoring – Track shipments, liaise with multiple parties, and keep customers informed.
• Customer Advisory – Understand airline product requirements and provide guidance to customers.
• Customer & Billing Support – Address customer inquiries, maintain relationships, and assist the Billing Team with accurate invoicing.

• Min “O” & “N” Levels.
• Min 1 year of working experience in the related field, e.g. airfreight customer service, co-loading etc.
• Familiar with CCN system. (best to have)
• Comfortable to work on shift and weekends.
