Executive Assistant & Operations Executive / Operations Manager (Law Firm) - Geylang

We are looking to add an Executive Assisant & Operations Executive / Operations Manager to join our Law Firm specialising in Criminal Defence & Family Law cases. The candidate must have a proven ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support- Act as a point of contact for the Managing Director, filtering communications and prioritising requests with team members or clients as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Independently manage projects, including defining tasks, setting deadlines, delegating (if applicable), and ensuring timely completion. This includes following up with team members or clients as needed.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking tasks, projects, and deadlines.
- Manage client communications, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and following up on outstanding issues.
- Oversee internal operational processes, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

- Excellent time-management skills, able to prioritise work and multi-task effectively.
- Attention to detail, meticulous with following up; organised, systematic.
- MS Office, Word & Excel proficient.
- Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior work experience or training in a related role/function is an advantage.
