Assistant Store Manager - Bukit Merah

• Assist and report to the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise and manage the sales team to ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships.
• Identify and handle client inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Ensure the store’s presentation aligns with the brand image.
• Coordinate with the team on executing sales plans and store events.
• Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and assist with staff development through on-the-job and product training.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external parties via email, text, and phone calls.
• Oversee general housekeeping and cleanliness, performing duties when necessary.
• Enforce security measures within the store.
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

• Passionate in luxury & retail industry.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, energetic and strong work ethic.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with English- and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders effectively.
