The Digital Marketing Executive role for the cleaning industry is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the company’s online presence, generate leads for cleaning services or products, and attract top talent.This role involves managing digital campaigns, optimizing online content, and leveraging recruitment-focused marketing to build a strong employer brand and attract qualified candidates.
Job Description and Requirements
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Brand Promotion:
Oversee brand positioning, messaging and campaigns to strengthen brand presence in the market.
Customer Acquisition:
Design and execute campaigns to attract and retain customers, using a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to engage with target audience, increase brand awareness and drive traffic.
Digital Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (eg. Google ads, social media ads) to achieve marketing objectives and maximise ROI.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and decision making.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including social media and digital ads, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies are integrated and supportive of overall business goals.
