We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our client team as a Customer Service Officer. This role will provide administrative support to our Follow-Up Officers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Job Highlights:
- Salary: $2,600/month
- Mon to Fri / 9AM to 6PM
- 1-Year Contract
- Location: Changi Business Park
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Follow-Up Officers on credit card applications and related matters
- Conduct call reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor and ensure timely turnaround times for product acquisitions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date application records and entries
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any field
- Preferably 1-2 years of administrative experience in banking or a related field
- Meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
