Our customers, with presence in various segments are looking to fill the following vacancies :-

Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build up / support / commercial activity
  • Support and assist in developing and winning new business, maximising revenue stream from new opportunities,
  • Cementing long term relationship with existing and new clients within the group, namely the Oil and Gas / EPC / project cargoes / heavy lift segment.
  • Generate leads to improve revenue from both new and existing clients
  • Orchestrating and following up on commercial leads
  • Work effectively with the other commercial team members and business unit managers to develop proposals and win new business
  • Promoting and selling additional products and services - delivering tangible leads and opportunities for all divisions of the company

Project Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day seafreight operations
  • Source rates from carriers and vendors to maximize business participations
  • Strong operational support to existing and potentisl new clients within the group, namely the Oil and Gas / EPC / project cargoes / heavy lift segment.
  • Vendor Management

Requirements:

  • Incumbent preferably someone with 1) Operations 2) Commercial or Sales background in the broader maritime / Oil and Gas / Project logistics / Freight Forwarding / heavy lift / breakbulk industry
  • Experience in successfully selling marine/shipping related services and managing client relationships
  • Strong industry / port agency knowledge and the ability to map out sustainable business / working relationships with both clients and country dedicated commercial team members.
  • Ability to understand and service a wide spectrum of customer needs in the maritime sector
  • Result Oriented and an inclination for continuous improvement.
  • Strong Sales and CRM skills with ability to sell a wide range of services & products appropriately
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skill and ability to work with a range of business units and internal managers
