Senior Business Analyst - Toa Payoh

We are looking for a senior IT Business Analyst with strong experience in the insurance industry. Insurance IT systems experience is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Be the point person to work with the Partner business analyst team in managing the requirements and prioritization for product / feature launches.
• Manage technology partners.
• Drive requirement workshops to finalize requirements.
• Work with the design teams in defining customer journeys across standalone and embedded propositions.
• Work closely with business & product owners to analyse, evaluate and understand business pain points/needs/opportunities, develop clear and accurate specifications to ensure that solutions/systems fully address business requirements & needs.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years+ experience as a BA
• Experience in Digital Delivery in Agile environment
• Prior experience on e-commerce, customer lifecycle, digital sales, customer servicing, insurance products (Desirable).
• Formal Business Analysis qualification and Agile qualification/certifications (Desirable).
• Prior experience on Product/platform lifecycle management (Desirable).
• Working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Projects, MS Office Suite.
• Experience working with wide range of internal and external stakeholder audiences across globally distributed and cross functional teams.
