Job Overview
We are seeking a Business Management Analyst to deliver strategic financial analysis and reporting in support of our business goals. This role involves evaluating key financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen and proven experience in financial analysis.
What You'll Be Doing- Consolidate month end financial results & prepare monthly reporting package
- Assist in conducting analytical reviews and provide insightful commentary for monthly management reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management
- Monitor monthly fixed costs against KPIs, budgets, and forecasts
- Collaborate with departments to analyze cost variances and communicate findings to management
- Develop and improve cost control measures
- Monitor capital expenditures (CAPEX)
- Assist in tracking product costing and profit margins
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting, including data collection, consolidation, and presentation preparation
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business/Financial Analyst roles
- At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or costing environment is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting
- Independent, mature, and possesses a positive work attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
