The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager is to support the Service Operations team in enhancing patient experiences through innovative, data-driven solutions. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient care quality by leveraging data analytics and providing actionable insights.

What you'll be doing

Support stakeholders in reviewing key performance indicators to optimise patient experience and care quality
Work with data teams to ensure data hygiene, quality, and accessibility for analysis
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
Compile and analyse data to support improvement projects and strengthen award applications
Participate in AI, BI, and RPA projects to enhance patient experience
Establish a knowledge management system to document and track service operations discussions

What we're looking for

Bachelor Degree level from a recognised institution in Statistics/ Business Analytics/ Business Administration or other related studies
2 - 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within healthcare setting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in data-driven improvements
Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to create clear, actionable reports
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively support stakeholders in optimising patient care and service quality
