The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager is to support the Service Operations team in enhancing patient experiences through innovative, data-driven solutions. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve patient care quality by leveraging data analytics and providing actionable insights.

What you'll be doing
  • Support stakeholders in reviewing key performance indicators to optimise patient experience and care quality
  • Work with data teams to ensure data hygiene, quality, and accessibility for analysis
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
  • Compile and analyse data to support improvement projects and strengthen award applications
  • Participate in AI, BI, and RPA projects to enhance patient experience
  • Establish a knowledge management system to document and track service operations discussions
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree level from a recognised institution in Statistics/ Business Analytics/ Business Administration or other related studies
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in data-driven improvements
  • Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and the ability to create clear, actionable reports
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively support stakeholders in optimising patient care and service quality
