We are looking for a proactive Assistant Purchasing Manager to support the Head of Purchasing in sourcing and procuring essential products for our operations. Responsibilities include developing purchasing strategies, evaluating and negotiating with international suppliers, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

The role involves monitoring market trends, resolving supplier issues, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies. Additionally, the Assistant Purchasing Manager will collaborate with internal teams, manage supplier relationships, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a
related field.
  • Proven 5 years’ experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
management in the foodservice industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • A hands-on and results-oriented person.
