Looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive (EA+PA) to support our Group CEO and oversee administrative functions in a fast-paced IT startup environment.
You will work closely with the current Admin Executive to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage scheduling, and handle key administrative tasks.
YOUR NEW JOB- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO.
- Manage daily admin operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports.
- Arrange and coordinate travel bookings for overseas trips.
- Prepare presentation slides and other key documents as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and assist in cross-functional communication.
- Assist in event planning (venue sourcing, speaker coordination, catering arrangements, etc.).
- Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the CEO, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel in particular).
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
- Able to start work on short notice
- Prior experience in the IT industry
- Prior startup experience
