Compliance Officer is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing AML/CFT compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor customer transactions and manage compliance investigations.
  • Conducting risk assessments and managing AML/CFT risks.
  • Training staff on AML/CFT policies and regulatory updates.
  • Liaising with regulatory authorities and ensuring timely reporting of suspicious transactions.
  • Operating and maintaining AML systems and addressing related alerts and issues.
  • Preparing compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Supporting audits and inspections by internal and external parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the Payment Services Act and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Singapore’s AML/CFT regulations and a proven ability to manage compliance frameworks effectively.
