HR Assistant - Toa Payoh

Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding activities, including document verification and orientation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating with finance and maintenance of data.
  • Ensure company policies are communicated to employees.
  • Assist in enforcing compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and escalate issues to the HR Manager when necessary.
  • Coordinate training sessions and HR events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant with hands on experience in payroll & work pass application
  • Proficiency in HR software such as BIPO is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
