Toa Payoh - Quality and Asset Management Executive

Job Scope:

• Maintaining the registries for quality and safety documentation
• Providing quality oversight and review for Work Instructions, Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
• Reviewing and standardising existing safety documentation to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines and ISO 9001 accreditation requirements
• Executing asset management tasks in accordance with Client's financial policies and procedures
• Performing asset management activities including asset registration, asset transfer, arranging and implementing asset disposal with approved vendors
• Perform asset registration, transfer, and disposals
• Coordinating with internal and external parties during asset audits
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Performing administrative tasks as assigned by the HOD, e.g. procurement paperwork, processing of invoices, secretariat duties

Job Requirements:

• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Meticulous with an eye for detail
• Strong organisational skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Workday system would be an advantage
• On-the-job training will be provided
