Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, providing tailored transportation solutions, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.This role combines relationship management, sales expertise, and operational coordination to meet client needs and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients for limousine and bus charter services.
- Identify and target potential clients across various industries (corporate, hotels, events, etc.).
- Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch services and convert leads into clients.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, managing expectations, and providing timely solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts to meet client needs while ensuring profitability.
- Operational Coordination:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery for clients.
- Oversee the booking process and ensure proper scheduling of transportation services.
- Monitor and manage the quality of services provided, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Cordinate with developers to ensure system meets clients’ requirements.
- Reporting & Forecasting:
- Track sales activities and report on performance metrics (e.g., sales volume, conversion rates, customer feedback).
- Provide forecasts and projections to management on sales pipeline and revenue expectations.
- Market Analysis & Trends:
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for service improvements or new offerings based on customer feedback and market insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of limousine, bus charter, and transportation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the limousine, bus charter, or travel industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Transportation, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Fresh graduates who are passionate in advertising and sales or who have related internship experiences are welcome to apply.
