Service Operations Coordinator

Industry: Automotive
Gross Salary: Up to $3300 (Depending on experience)
Working days & hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am – 12.30pm
Location: Senoko Road (Transport provided at Admiralty MRT)
Benefits: AL + Medical Benefits + VB

Job Responsibilities:

Assign repair orders to workshop teams based on their skills and expertise.
Track repair progress and follow up with workshop teams.
Update the Reception Team on repair status to keep customers informed.
Forward additional repair estimates to Service Advisors for approval.
Monitor workflow and adjust as needed to improve efficiency.
Coordinate with subcontractors for external repairs.
Track outsourced repairs and ensure timely return.
Prepare reports and ensure repairs are completed on time.
Manage parking space and coordinate with drivers for optimal use.
Handle after-hours breakdown calls.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge in Automotive (Heavy Vehicles / EV)
Min 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in automotive industry is preferred
Driving License is an added advantage
