Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to join our dynamic team in the Facility Management industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and optimizing contract performance.

This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing contracts with vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, insurance and company standards. Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth contract execution and resolution of any issues.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on contract performance metrics, ensuring all parties meet their obligations and deliverables.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control contract-related costs, ensuring projects stay within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance contract management efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in contract management preferably within the Facility Management industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, insurance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Contract Management (e.g., CPCM, CCM) is a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale facility management contracts and projects.
