Logistics Operations, Air Freight Executive (Air Freight Sales/Operations Exp) - Tampines - ref. h0373203

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service delivery and growth by planning linehaul shipments and closely managing movements to meet established SOPs and KPIs.
• Coordinate with overseas hubs to ensure smooth delivery of shipments to their final destination.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop new products, strategies, and implementation plans.
• Manage strategic procurement and maintain strong vendor relationships with airlines and other service providers.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to create value propositions for new business opportunities.
• Liaise with airlines regarding shipment details and logistics.
• Partner with the Operations Team to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in front-line airfreight (Sales/Operations).
• Highly proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Access.
• Willingness to work on weekends and travel overseas as required.
• Singaporean Only
