Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the management of operational processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to monitor and track progress, as well as manage day-to-day cases.You will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring deadlines are met, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track all outstanding payments and receivables to ensure timely processing.
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any payment-related issues with a professional, solution-driven approach.
- Manage daily operational cases and ensure all procedures are followed for smooth workflow.
- Provide regular forecasting reports and update stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
- Ensure that all operational activities adhere to the highest standards of compliance and due diligence.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an operations or account management role, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in managing operational processes and financial transactions.
