Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible for overseeing the management of operational processes, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to monitor and track progress, as well as manage day-to-day cases.

You will play a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring deadlines are met, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track all outstanding payments and receivables to ensure timely processing.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any payment-related issues with a professional, solution-driven approach.
  • Manage daily operational cases and ensure all procedures are followed for smooth workflow.
  • Provide regular forecasting reports and update stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
  • Ensure that all operational activities adhere to the highest standards of compliance and due diligence.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an operations or account management role, preferably in a financial services or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in managing operational processes and financial transactions.
  • Ability to adhere to compliance standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
