Job Description:
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for semiconductor wafer inspection systems and other complex equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform testing and troubleshooting on semiconductor wafer inspection systems.
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to system performance.
- Develop and present plans and action strategies for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve system performance.
- International travel may be required for on-site support and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills in semiconductor wafer inspection or similar complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (ability to prepare and present action plans).
- Experience in Power BI and Project Management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexibly between office, home, and customer locations.
