Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Arrange jewellery displays in an appealing and secure manner
- Provide product knowledge and guidance on jewellery styles and materials to potential buyer
- Handle Inquires about the product, pricing and policies
- Maintain the cleanliness of the store in a well-organised manner
- Process sales transactions accurately
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for jewellery
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
