about the manager/team

As the Head of Digital Sales and Acquisition Marketing, you will spearhead the company’s digital sales and marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, demand generation, and innovative digital strategies to support the sales team. This is a leadership role where you’ll build and develop a high-performing team while shaping the company’s digital footprint in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Demand Generation: Lead demand generation initiatives, leveraging data-driven approaches to optimize lead pipelines and conversions.
  • Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation strategies to target high-value prospects effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a team of digital marketing and sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with the Chief Sales Officer and sales teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
skills and experience required
  • Experience: 10+ years in digital acquisition and sales, preferably in the financial services sector, with a proven track record of leading and building successful teams.
  • Skillset: Expertise in demand generation, customer segmentation, and executing digital strategies that support and amplify sales efforts.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Mindset: Excited to be part of a rapidly expanding business, with the drive to make a significant impact.
  • Analytical: Proficient in leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
  • Global Perspective: Familiarity with operating in diverse markets and adapting strategies to regional nuances.
