The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, ensuring the team maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety, and fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manpower planning and allocation
• Update of attendance and scheduling of cleaning staff
• Conducting audits to ensure quality standards are met
• Conduct regular toolbox briefing
• Jobs completion compilation
• Coordination with cleaning staff and clients

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment and supplies
• Basic computer literacy, e.g. in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm in hectic situations
