Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of overseas business systems, ensuring system stability and alignment with business needs.
• Oversee daily operations of overseas IT infrastructure, including server rooms, networks, cloud servers, and databases. This includes troubleshooting, routine inspections, performance monitoring, and enforcing security policies.
• Execute cross-regional system updates, backups, and security audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations (e.g., GDPR in Europe).

• Collaborate with local vendors, third-party service providers, and the HQ IT team to resolve technical issues (e.g., data migration, system compatibility).
• Provide bilingual technical support in English and Chinese, offering training and troubleshooting assistance to overseas business departments and clients.

• Implement leading antivirus and intrusion prevention systems, conducting regular vulnerability scans and penetration tests to ensure compliance with regional regulatory requirements.
• Establish data backup strategies and oversee data collection, modification, and cross-regional synchronization (e.g., business system data replication).

• Partner with the HQ IT team to implement and manage overseas projects. Participate in solution design, support international travel and remote collaboration, and execute tasks such as requirement analysis, progress scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

• Develop technical documentation (e.g., operation manuals, troubleshooting guides) to ensure localization processes align with company standards and regional compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in IT system operations or ERP implementation and support. Experience in European or American enterprise projects is preferred.

• Proficiency in IT infrastructure, network architecture, and database technologies.
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Sage X3.

• Fluent in English, with strong business communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese (both spoken and written) is preferred to facilitate communication with the HQ IT team based in China and for business-related tasks.

• Ability to efficiently execute project plans, conduct system testing, and develop training materials on schedule.
• Adaptability to cross-time-zone collaboration, utilizing tools like Jira to synchronize work progress. Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination skills for effective work in a multicultural environment.
• Understanding and respect for diverse cultural backgrounds to foster teamwork and business synergy.

• In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations and IT compliance to ensure IT operations meet international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify and mitigate IT risks, safeguarding the company from potential threats.
