An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Business Analyst in the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will help to develop and implement technology solutions in a cost-effective manner by determining the requirements of a project or programme.

Description- Assist IT team leaders throughout the SDLC ensuring smooth execution from planning to deployment.
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT team leaders to translate business needs to outsource Vendor and propose for solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
- Conduct IT testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Support system upgrades and integrations by assessing user needs and system capabilities.
- Provide helpdesk support, troubleshooting IT-related issues for end-users.
- Monitor and respond to IT service requests, ensuing timely resolution of the technical problems.
- Collaborate with outsource Vendor to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Profile
A successful IT Business Analyst should have:
- Minimum diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT and project management.
- Support experience of Salesforce CRM system (Sales/Service CRM, Experience Cloud) will be an advantage.
