1. Lesson Planning & Delivery

• Develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for Science, Math, and English.
• Tailor lessons to the specific academic level of each child:

1. year-old: Focus on foundational concepts (Primary 1–2 level).
2. year-old: Support upper primary/lower secondary level, potentially preparing for exams like PSLE or early secondary tests.

• Incorporate interactive and hands-on learning methods to maintain engagement.

1. Subject Focus

• English: Reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing skills, and oral communication.
• Math: Basic arithmetic (7yo) to algebra, geometry, and problem-solving (13yo).
• Science: Simple scientific concepts (7yo) to more detailed topics like systems, energy, and basic chemistry/biology (13yo).

1. Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Conduct regular assessments (quizzes, exercises, informal checks) to evaluate progress.
• Provide feedback to the parents on the children's strengths, weaknesses, and improvements.

1. Homework Support

• Assist children with their school homework if required.
• Reinforce topics covered in school and offer additional practice where needed.

1. Classroom Management (Home Setting)

• Maintain a structured and focused learning environment, even if teaching in a home setting.
• Encourage independent thinking, discipline, and motivation in both children.

1. Communication

• Regularly communicate with parents regarding learning goals, scheduling, and any concerns.
• Be responsive to feedback and adapt teaching strategies as needed.

Working Hours:

• Part-time basis (e.g., 2–4 sessions per week, 1–4 hours per session)
• Schedule may vary depending on the children’s school hours and availability

Qualifications (Preferred but flexible depending on experience):

• Master Degree in Education or relevant subjects
• Prior experience teaching children of similar ages
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching young learners
