JOB SUMMARY
The CEO (or Deputy CEO) will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the real estate company. This role involves driving the growth of the company’s real estate portfolio, overseeing project developments, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.The CEO/Deputy CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to drive long-term profitability, sustainable growth, and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Vision- Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic plan to enhance market position, drive growth, and achieve profitability in the real estate sector.
- Provide strong, visionary leadership to ensure the company's objectives are aligned with the market trends, investor interests, and organizational goals.
- Set and communicate the strategic direction of the company, ensuring that all teams are focused on the vision and values of the business.
- Lead efforts to expand the company’s real estate portfolio, including identifying new investment opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Oversee the development of new real estate projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, investors, and partners, cultivating strong relationships that foster business growth and reputation.
- Spearhead marketing and business development efforts to enhance the company’s presence in target markets and attract high-value clients.
- Ensure the efficient operation of the company, driving operational improvements across development, property management, leasing, and sales functions.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics across various business units to ensure that financial and operational targets are met.
- Ensure all business operations comply with local, state, and national regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
- Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions, ensuring access to capital and funding for ongoing and future projects.
- Develop and implement a risk management strategy to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks related to the real estate market, property management, and investments.
- Build and lead a high-performing senior management team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Promote and ensure a positive company culture based on transparency, integrity, and excellence.
- Drive the recruitment, training, and professional development of key personnel to support the company’s expansion and operational needs.
- Serve as the main liaison between the Board of Directors and the executive team, providing regular updates on the company’s performance and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, regulatory bodies, local communities, and other external partners.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, public forums, and other key events to enhance its reputation and influence.
QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires relocation to Chiang Mai, Thailand with Visa and Work Permit provided.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive role (CEO, Deputy CEO, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in leading a real estate company, particularly in development, property management, and acquisitions.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and financial management.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations, compliance, and legal matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders, clients, investors, and employees.
