• Assistant Maintenance Project Manager - Handle F&B Outlet
• Permanent role
• Basic up to $ 5,000 + VB
• Monday to Friday, 8.30AM to 6.00PM
• Location: North Region, Woodlands

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and oversee the Project and Maintenance Team to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, tendering, and execution to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors to maintain quality and cost efficiency.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve on-site coordination issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Oversee post-construction matters, ensuring smooth handover and timely rectifications.

Additional Information:

• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• NTC / Nitec / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture, process engineering or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in the food industrial sector, (e.g. foodcourt and coffeeshop project and reinstatement works)
• Proven record in managing and leading a Project/Maintenance Team
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
