Executive, Corporate Development & Human Resources (6-Month Contract) - Bukit Batok

The HR Executive will play a key role in maintaining recruitment standards and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for executive-level and below roles, including drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and sourcing candidates through various channels.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and help define candidate profiles.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
• Assist in the creation of offer letters and employment contracts.
• Creation of new hires profile in HRMS.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with at least 1-2 years of experience in handling executive-level and below recruitment.
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods and tools
• Strong interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Unit4 Prosoft will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Singapore labour laws and hiring practices.
